- We accept a tenant offer to let your property on your behalf and carry out referencing & reliability
- We arrange a property Safety survey to ensure your rental complies with legislation.
- We prepare the tenancy agreement documents ready for signing.
- Basic Inventory is then carried out and signed.
- We setup any standing orders and transfer utilities to tenants’ names.
- First month’s rent and deposit are collected and balance is paid to you.

We then draw up your Tenancy Agreement and set up standing order for collection of rent on the agreed basis.

We arrange for the transfer of any utility accounts to tenants’ names. We will also send you all the required information for registering your Tenancy online with the PRTB. We ensure that full inventories of your furnishings & fittings along with photos are documented. A replacement cost is agreed by both the landlord and tenant in advance of the Tenancy. In the event of dispute, this documentation along with photos can be produced as proof of condition. In the event of arrears, we will also take immediate appropriate action in line with legislation and serve notices were required.
