Maintenance Emergency

Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm.  For out of office hours emergencies please contact Tel: 087 4000100 and we will deal with the issue as soon as possible.

Please note that an emergency is defined as a serious leak or water damage, fire alarm activation, mechanical or electrical failure in the common areas, a break in, damage to a common area entrance door, an accident occurring in the common areas & mains failure, i.e. water, gas or electricity.

If a call is made to the emergency number for any reason not listed above, the management team will not address it outside of regular working hours.

If a member of the management team does call to an property outside normal working hours and the situation is not deemed an emergency, the tenant will be charged a fine of €50.
